You make me want to go to the gym right about NOW! I never really thought that heavy weights is the way to go for quick results. I think that is more something I can commit extdeme than a jog around the neighborhood in the cold. Schedjle get the best results. A lot of women think it will make them BIG — not true at all. Not so much well, not for me anyway.

If you have never worked with this girl before, you need to! She is an amazing coach! I have done TurboFire for about 3 years and I love it! I was in great shape and was actually beginning to love my body.

However now I am back in a position where I need to lose weight again. I would love to be a part of the accountability group. That might be just the piece that I am missing to help get me back on track and keep me there.
